ROOF REPAIR TECHNICIAN - OWN THE JOB FROM START TO FINISH

**This is not a “just fix it and leave” role.**
This is for a roofing professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates clearly with homeowners, and wants to **own the entire repair process** — from diagnosis to quote to a leak-free finished job.

What This Role Really Is

You will:

- Diagnose roof issues and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
- Prepare and present **fixed-price repair quotes** on site
- Follow up with clients and **close your own repair work**:

- Complete high-quality repairs that are clean, professional, and **do not leak**:

- Work with a labourer while managing your own service calls
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and pride

This is a role for someone who **cares about the result**, not just the task.

Who We’re Looking For

You might be the right fit if you:

- Have **5+ years of hands-on roofing experience** (flat & sloped)
- Are confident speaking directly with clients and earning their trust
- Can assess issues, recommend solutions, and quote repairs accurately
- Take personal responsibility for quality and follow-through
- Work well independently while still being a strong team player
- Are comfortable using tablets, phones, and basic spreadsheets
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Value **honesty, professionalism, and continuous improvement**:

- Maintain a **drug
- and alcohol-free workplace standard**

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Metal or cladding experience
- A Journeyman ticket (or working toward one)
- Experience with JobNimbus or similar systems
