**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook high-quality seafood, meat, and specialty dishes with a focus on flavor, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all dishes.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold a professional demeanor at all times, demonstrating punctuality, reliability, and respect for the team.
- Adapt to feedback and strive for continual improvement in technique and performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a chef or line cook in a high-quality or fine dining environment.
- Expertise in preparing seafood and various meat cuts using diverse cooking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred, but not required.
