**Position: Site Manager - Permanent Full-Time**

**Location**: **Current Assignment: Kitchener School Age Care**

1351 Gilmore Avenue, Burnaby

**Salary**: $27.00/hour (includes $4.00 Wage Enhancement)

**Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (program runs during the school year)

(split shifts 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. & 1:30 - 6:00 p.m.)

**Qualifications**: Current ECE License to Practice

Current First Aid and CPR for Children Certificate

Required criminal record search

**Requirements**:Current knowledge of Child Care Licensing Regulations

Previous supervisory experience is required

General and financial management skills preferred

Excellent leadership skills, ability to work in a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to plan and implement an open-ended, age appropriate curriculum

Ability to evaluate curriculum and operational practices

Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment

Ability to work with children with challenging behaviour an asset

**Specifications**:Six months probationary period
