**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Account Executive - Personal Sales**
**Reports To**: Manager of Personal Lines
**Job Summary**:
Reporting the Manager of Personal Lines Insurance the Account Executive Personal Sales will grow the personal lines book of business through inside and outside sales while complying with the guidelines, procedures and service standards of the brokerage.
**What you'll do**:
- Quote all incoming prospects
- Quote external PL’s prospects for the Commercial Producers
- Seek out new clientele using a variety of prospecting techniques
- Calling and quoting prior prospects
- Respond to prospect and New Business client inquiries
- Respond to insurance company inquiries on the New Business written
- Follow Insurance Store Policies and Procedures for maintaining and updating client files in BMS
- Keep current on rates, forms and coverage changes
- Keep informed of changing trends with insurance companies
- Comply with both regulatory and internal guidelines
**Who you are**:
- An experienced RIBO licensed Insurance professional looking for a challenging, growth-orientated environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Effective time management skills
- Customer service driven
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high level of accuracy
**Working Conditions**:
- Substantial use of electronic media required - telephone and computer
- Substantial local travel to meet with prospective and existing clients required
- Overnight travel may be required
- Inspection of prospective and existing client properties as needed
- Availability outside of “normal business hours” is likely

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
