Horizontal Directional Driller

Allstar Construction is a leading supplier of power, gas, and communication installations in the Metro Edmonton area.

We are currently seeking quality individuals to fill Directional Driller positions for work on our Highway Lighting project. Job is full time, 6 days per week, 8-12 hours per day as required. There is a 2-3 week assignment in Fort McMurray, and a 1 week assingment in the Cold Lake area as well.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience operating Vermeer D36x50 &/or VermeerD24x40 rigs
- Mob, set up, tear down, demob drilling equipment to site
- Perform daily pre-trip, log book, equipment check list paperwork
- Change drill tooling, mix fluids, etc.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years horizontal directional drilling experience
- Class 1 (preferred) or Class 3 license

Overtime paid at time and a half.

There is also an end of season bonus for employees who stay with the company for the entirety of our construction program.

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Horizontal Directional Drilling: 2 years (required)
