As the world’s largest food waste-fighting app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers like yourself, who can purchase the surplus food for a third of the price, while saving it from being thrown away. We are incredibly proud of this, but there’s still a lot more we want to achieve - which is why we are looking for a **Partner Growth Specialist **to join our Canada team.
**The Role**
Lasting and meaningful partnerships are important to us, and we do this by taking care of our partners; the stores and restaurants that partner with Too Good To Go to save their surplus food from being thrown away. As a Partner Growth Specialist, you’ll join our Independent Partners team - this team is responsible for uncovering opportunities for stores to reduce their food waste; for food to get to people rather than to the bin. We do this by building meaningful partnerships with our network of over 4000 stores (and growing), and ensuring they make Too Good To Go part of their daily operations to rethink the food that may be wasted.
You will work with our partners on a daily basis, acting as their main point of contact to help ensure they have an amazing experience with Too Good To Go by helping them capture all their waste, and become real ambassadors of the food waste revolution. Some key components of this role would include:
- Analysis of partner performance and benchmarking to identify upselling potential and take appropriate action
- Setting up innovative campaigns to help our Independent Partner businesses save more food and make the most of the partnership
- Finding creative ways to get our message across to our partners; having a willingness to pick up the phone, and face uncomfortable conversations with a positive attitude and bold mindset
**Are you the Waste Warrior we’re looking for?**
- You have full written and verbal proficiency in English and **Mandarin**:
- You have experience in relationship management with clients and/or key stakeholders
- You are experienced in working with performance metrics and have an analytical mindset
- Ideally, you have previous experience in sales/upselling
- You have strong communication skills over the phone, with the ability to be expressive, convincing, and persistent
- Your way of working is solution-oriented, innovative and data-informed
- You are a team player, work in a structured manner and can thrive in ambiguous environments
- Ideally, but not necessarily, you have project management skills
- You are growth-minded and strive to make things even better and more efficient
- You have strong organisational skills - you have an eye for detail, you are great in administrative follow-ups
- You are passionate about fighting food waste, and can’t wait to join us to make an impact
