Are you a dedicated and experienced customer service professional with a passion for pets? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are looking for a part time sales associate to join our team at 381 Eglinton Avenue West.

**Requirements**:
**Ability to work at two locations**: We are looking for a part time associate who is willing to work between two locations: 171 Dupont Street & 381 Eglinton Avenue West.
**Experience in the pet industry**: While not mandatory, previous experience in the pet industry is a valuable asset. Knowledge of pet products & care is highly desirable.
**Ability to lift up to 40lb**: Applicants should have the physical ability to lift objects weighing up 40 pounds when required for the position.
**Receive Deliveries**:This role involves the responsibility of receiving & managing incoming product deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their pet-related needs, including product recommendations a and pet care advice.
- Maintain a clean & organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately & efficiently.
- Restock & merchandise products as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service & build lasting customer relationships.
- Carry out opening & closing procedures.
