Lococo’s is a company that has been a staple in the Niagara region for over 100 years. We offer the freshest produce and the finest meats. We are seeking an individual for our Produce Department that will be an asset to our team
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining product displays
- Receiving, handling and storing of product to achieve optimal results
- Effectively merchandise advertising and promotional programs
- Ensure proper product rotation as required
- Ensure pricing integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- Available to work 4:00am to 12:00pm day shift, including weekends and holidays
- The ability to meet the needs and demands of customers in a friendly, fast and efficient manner
- The willingness to work with others and respond quickly to change
- Ability to work with mínimal functional direction
- Must be able to take direction well and complete tasks within a deadline
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Work tasks require bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
- Must be able to lift using work safe guidelines
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Previous retail and/or grocery experience an asset
