**POSITION: CLINIC TEAM LEAD (32-40 hours/week)**

Based in Charlottetown, PEI

**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
The Clinic Team Lead is primarily responsible for the growth and expansion of the clinic in the market; is a self-starter, patient-centered, and exhibits a strong ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced environment. implementation of new marketing strategies, treatments and retail products through effective team leadership and client education. The Clinic Manager ensures that the clinic is sufficiently staffed, the sales process is maximized, quality service and care are delivered to clients, the team members are coached and developed, and key operational and service standards are maintained.

**AREAS OF OVERSIGHT + RESPONSIBILITIES**:The role of Clinic Team Lead reports and works directly with the Clinic Operations Manager to maintain accurate and up-to-date systems. In their role, they are responsible for preparing and executing routine tasks, along with reviewing project updates on a regular basis.
- Scheduled with client treatments for 20-25 +/- hours per week
- Set and Motivate the team to achieve - sales targets, lead volume and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual goals and strategy to increase sales.
- Manage day to day operation of the clinic, including inventory, cleanliness and product knowledge and communicate with the head office team.
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, conflict management, business building, skill enhancement and goal setting.
- Researches and resolves client concerns promptly; shares best practices regarding client retention and service with other providers so all can learn from concerns and solutions; puts the client first and models service and care standards at all times.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Results driven with weekly + monthly KPI goal tracking with incentive opportunities

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must possess valid provincial cosmetology association license
- A hardworking, resourceful person with effective problem solving skills
- High energy, optimistic, driven to succeed and great at working with others
- Outstanding communication and client rapport
- Previous medical aesthetics industry, retail, reception or managerial experience is an asset, but not required
- Knowledge of our services to providing patients/clients with information on products /cosmetic procedures
- De-escalate & resolve conflict with upset patient’s while remaining calm under stressful circumstances
- Must possess a professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and have creative problem solving skills.
- Computer Proficiency is required, and knowledge of Zenoti, Google Docs/Sheets is an asset.

**REMUNERATION**:

- **Compensation**:competitive compensation, based on industry experience.
- Probationary period of 3 months. Payroll is paid twice monthly by direct deposit.
- **Commission / Sales Bonus**:Based on performance and targets.
- **Vacation**:4% of gross pay, paid on each pay period and up to 2 weeks of unpaid vacation time per annum.
- **Sick Days**:up to 4 days paid sick time per annum, redeemable in 4 hour increments (0.5 days)
- **Personal Days**: 1 day of paid sick time per annum, redeemable in 4 hour increments (0.5 days)
- **Holidays**: All statutory holidays are paid, as the clinic is closed for business.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
