As a Key member of the Lexus of Calgary team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Lot Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to the maintenance of the lot and the organization of vehicles in stock.

**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (alternating shifts)

**Requirements of the Role**
- Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Sales Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
- Upholds safety standards by ensuring hazards are removed from the lot, driveway and sidewalks
- Maintains used vehicle lot inventory, lineup, appearance and order
- Keep front line and back lot neat and orderly, moving vehicles as directed
- Drive new and used vehicles in dealership parking lot and to other locations for vehicle pickup/delivery as needed
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages and report to Sales Manager
- Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed
- Return vehicle keys to the appropriate area
- Sticker vehicles with appropriate forms and frames
- Actively participate in reporting all safety concerns
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned

**Qualifications**
- Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to operate automobiles of all shapes and sizes
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality and integrity to do the right thing always
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Ability to handle machinery safely
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- A passion for customer service and Automobiles
- Legally entitled to work in Canada by any employer
