As a Junior Smart Home Technician, you will be joining our team in an entry level position learning the best practices of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cutting-edge smart home systems and security products. You’ll work hands-on to ensure our clients’ safety, comfort, and peace of mind while offering an exceptional service experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure a variety of smart home security systems
- Perform maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance
- Educate clients on the usage and benefits of our systems and products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and products
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of computers, internet networks, and wireless technology
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- A genuine interest in security systems and smart home products
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High School Diploma
- Class 5 driver's license
- Clear criminal background check and driver's abstract
