Cabinet Maker

**Position Summary**:
The Cabinet Maker is responsible for the precise fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry and millwork components. This role requires attention to detail, safe operation of tools and machinery, and the ability to follow technical drawings and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as MDF, melamine, or laminates into cabinetry components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.
- Operate machinery such as saws, routers, planers, jointers, edge banders, and CNC equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Repair or modify cabinetry components when required.
- Work closely with supervisors and production teams to meet specifications and deadlines.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in cabinet making or millwork production.
- Proficiency with tools, machinery, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and follow drawings, plans, and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy materials.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability on custom projects.

**Work Environment**
- Shop-based work.
- Exposure to dust, noise, and power tools.
- Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
