**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- All banks in Canada
- Any other tasks assigned to him by his team
- Bank loans, bank line of credit
- Cellular payments and other providers
- Civil and / or criminal legal verification
- Collect the necessary documentation for analysis of the following information:

- Credit scores: pay creditors well or poorly
- Daily reports to operations
- Mortgages
- Proceed to the approvals of the pre-rental surveys
- References from current and / or previous owner
- Scan and virtual classification
- Verification of background and / or files pending at the Administrative Housing Tribunal
- Visa, Mastercard and other credits

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience (in the field of accounting and/or legal would be an asset)
- Training in a legal field (an asset)
- Real estate experience (an asset)
- Oral and written bilingualism is required
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of JurisEvolution legal software (an asset, possible training)
- Mastery of Office Suite software (Outlook, Excel and intermediate Word)
