**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Ideal past experience: working for a gym or other membership driven environment
- Sales focused - the ability to meet quotas and goals
- A strong desire to do your job well
- Self-motivated, mature and reliable
- Friendly and approachable
- Warmly welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Display a positive, energetic attitude
- Be a team player
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
- Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the front desk

We are open 7 days a week, weeknights until 10pm, Saturday until 6pm, and Sunday until 8pm. Being able to work a variety of shifts is important to the role. We offer a shift premium and a commission on membership sales, on top of your hourly wage. Part time and full time hours available.
