**What you will do**:

- Build and strengthen customer relationships
- Provide excellent service to customers and prospect new accounts
- Support the team with administrative and reporting tasks

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Customer Experience
- Provide support to clients with inquiries on education and compounding services
- Correspond with various departments regarding client queries to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Contact registered participants to training programs for confirmation and provide support with any inquiries and account troubleshooting
- Route calls to appropriate resources

Administrative Tasks
- Send communications post sales to all relevant departments as needed (services, accounting and sales)
- Create sales orders and process sales transactions
- Update compounding services tracker with new accounts
- Maintain excellent notes in appropriate systems
- Complete special projects as requested by management

Learning Management System (LMS) Support:

- Ensure that the site adheres to brand guidelines for design, style, colour, fonts, and formatting, through the use of a WYSIWYG editor and custom HTML/CSS coding.
- Create and report on coupon and promotional codes
- Coordinate participant enrolments
- Review participants list per course and bypass course objects when required
- Responsible for quality checks ensuring all course communications are accurate
- Support team members on user
- and admin-based function

Sales Support:

- Improve productivity by maintaining and servicing house accounts
- Generate renewal list/upgrade for sales and provide monthly sales outcome
- Collaborate with multiple departments (Sales, Analytics, IT, Accounting)
- Back up to sales and Sales Coordinator

**What you bring to the job**:

- 1 year + experience in sales or customer service
- College or University degree. Sales or Science background an asset
- Advanced interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage stress effectively
- Excellent communication and listening skills; fluent English (written & oral) required; Basic French Spanish an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required.
