**Internal Job Title: Analyst, Vendor Governance**_
- Work with Business Partners to ensure agreements contain appropriate service levels, quality and security standards, performance metrics and financial penalties/incentives as required.
- Track and analyse vendor performance such as spends, services, quality and generate reports for Vendor Management.
- Creates analytical scorecard reporting on Supplier Relationships with a focus on performance, compliance to applicable legislation and prompt escalation of issues.
- Coordinates and leads cross functional Supplier review meetings. Prepares presentation materials.
- Enhance vendor oversight processes and identify best practices.
- Routinely handles exceptional/unusual situations, identifies Corrective Action Plans in order to mitigate risk.
- Ensure corporate requirements are met by facilitating necessary documentation and reviews, including required updates to internal policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or relevant 2-3 years of experience in vendor management or operational experience in a related field.
- Ability to analyze documents and data, identify risks and establish relevant process controls.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and ability to interact confidently with internal clients, external vendors, Auditors and Regulators.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external partners.
- Ability to manage conflict and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
