Analyst, Client Information Management

**What the day will look like**:

- Review contract, amendments, financial agreements as part of plan changes and change in carrier or new client onboarding;
- Support and maintain data collection and accuracy in Aon’s proprietary client information platform;
- Review, audit and maintain of client plan information;
- Compare and review plan summaries working with client teams
- Draft correspondence;
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively on cross functional teams with colleagues, clients, client teams and carriers;
- Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve standardized processes to add value to client deliverables;
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the group benefits industry, systems, products, trends and emerging technology, while having a thorough understanding of how this relates to increasing value to clients;
- Participate in team projects and activities which drive innovation, improved client value and business result

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of progressive work experience in group insurance would be considered an asset;
- Proven skills in organization, collaboration, detail oriented;
- Bi-lingual (English, French) abilities would be considered an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) skills;
- Must be a highly motivated, accountable, customer service and team oriented individual;
- Need someone who is a self-starter and who has curiosity. Someone who has interest in continually learning and challenging themselves to think outside of the box and step outside of their comfort zone;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to work under deadlines, and work on several projects simultaneously is crucial;
- Works well as part of a team and ability to self-manage;
- Ability to discover, ask key questions and seek for guidance where appropriate. Interest to think beyond day-to-day task and understand how your work aligns to the success of Aon’s Health Solutions practice; and
- University or College graduate in Financial Services, or related discipline, or equivalent years of industry experience;
