Electronic Eligibility Implementation Manager

**Working Arrangement**

Hybrid

You will be responsible for managing the onboarding of electronic eligibility files to support our Group Benefits Clients, coordinating efforts to provide world class benefits administration and customer service. Our clients trust the administration of their group benefits to us and you will be part of a team that delivers outstanding results to those clients and our members.

**What will I be doing?**
- Manage relationships with the client and the client’s HRIS provider to establish an electronic eligibility file feed and confirm integrity of test files sent during implementation.
- Participate in internal and external project team meetings.
- Focus on escalated plan and issues that are impacting the implementation timeline and ensure they are resolved before handing off to the in-force Electronic file team.
- Process files and serve as main contact for “live” clients that have not yet transitioned to the in-force Electronic file team.
- Act in a project manager role and have ownership of the electronic file implementation process from start to finish.
- Attend training as required to stay current with system and product enhancements and process changes or improvements.
- Assist with procedure development, training, and management.
- Act as the point of contact for escalated requests from both internal and external customers.
- Identify client needs, issues and perceptions and develop action plans to ensure a positive client and member experience

- Comprehensive knowledge of Group Benefits is an asset.
