As a Cabinet Installer at Ultimate Renovations, you will take your career to the next level by being responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining various objectives on our residential construction sites, with your main focus being cabinet and millwork installation. Capitalizing on your diverse skillset, you will thrive in an environment that has produced award-winning designs for over four decades.

**As a versatile Finishing Carpenter / Cabinet Installer, you possess the following skills and knowledge so you can complete tasks such as**:

- Measure, cut, and install casing, baseboards, door and window trims with precision
- Install crown molding, wainscoting, and feature walls according to design specifications
- Install cabinetry including kitchens, vanities, and built-in units
- Read and interpret construction drawings, elevations, and shop drawings
- Scribe and fit materials around uneven surfaces for clean, seamless finishes
- Make on-site adjustments to pre-finished millwork and cabinetry as needed
- Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure finishing aligns with project timelines and quality standards
- Perform site touch-ups, caulking, and minor repairs to maintain a flawless finish
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle tools and materials responsibly
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure work complies with building codes and company standards

**On your resume we will be looking for the following qualifications**:
A minimum of 10 years of experience working on residential renovations
A track record of delivering high-quality workmanship (if you can provide examples of completed projects, it would certainly be an asset)
An interest in self-investment and growth as it relates to education and knowledge of local construction code, by-law requirements, and honing your diverse skillset
A list of tools you own/have access to that will be required for this role
Fluency in English
