**About Netskope**:
Today, there's more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve. We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.
**Position Overview**: Join Netskope as a Regional Sales Manager for Data Security and Protection Management (DSPM), where you will leverage the full support of our executive team. In this overlay role, you'll partner with our core sales teams to drive impactful Data Protection solutions. This is a prime opportunity for a results-driven sales professional eager to dominate their territory and help shape a leading Data Security company. Utilize your expertise to tackle complex data security and compliance challenges, outmaneuver competitors, and capture market share.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Achieve Revenue Goals**: Independently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets by employing a strategic blend of direct and collaborative sales approaches.
- **Build Pipeline**: Collaborate with Netskope account teams to generate new business opportunities and close deals effectively.
- **Develop GTM Strategy**: Create and implement a go-to-market strategy that drives successful sales execution within your assigned territory and accounts.
- **Maximize Opportunities**: Identify and cultivate DSPM opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Demonstrate Initiative**: Take ownership of your territory, exercising sound judgment and maintaining a proactive, hands-on approach with mínimal oversight.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven Success**: Bring 10+ years of successful experience in selling data security and compliance products, with a recent track record in a front-line sales role.
- **Enterprise Expertise**: Showcase a strong history of consultative sales of complex enterprise software solutions to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 companies.
- **Quota Exceedance**: Consistently exceed sales quotas year after year, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
- **Local Relationships**: Reside in the targeted region with established connections to local enterprise customers.
- **Channel Partner Development**: Experience in building and nurturing strong channel partner relationships.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
- **Influence and Persuasion**: Exhibit exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, fostering trust with partners and customers.
- **Willingness to Travel**: Open to regional travel as needed.
- **Startup Experience**: Prior experience in early-stage startups is a valuable plus.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
