Langley, Canada Bella Restoration Ltd. Full time

We are currently seeking a full-time Water Damage Technician for our company. You will be attending to water, fire, and smoke damage claims for insurance companies and property owners.

You will be responsible to:

- Travel to sites and assess the damage.
- Responsible for completing emergency related tasks by preforming all technical duties required, as flood/water extraction, structural drying practices, content manipulation, general demolition and mould remediation.
- Install and operate equipment.
- Work both in the office and field, supporting the project management team.
- Responsible for providing up to date communication and photographs to Managers and their teams regarding the status of the work being performed.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Willing to do overtime and on-call shift work.
- Ability to work well alone as well as in a team environment.
- Construction or restoration experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift industrial fans 30 - 40 lbs.
- Ability to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers 130 - 140 lbs.
- IICRC Certification is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
