**About Us**

We are a well established (over 25 years in Airdrie) and growing jewellery business passionate about creating memorable customer experiences, offering expert repairs, and delivering stunning custom designs. We are seeking a **Store Manager** to lead our team, manage day-to-day operations, and drive sales growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven retail management experience, excellent people skills, and a flair for sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, coaching staff, and leading by example.
- Support staff training and development to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
- Manage customer relationships, handle escalations, and build long-term loyalty.
- Oversee visual merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and support purchasing decisions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with store standards, security, and operational procedures.

About You
- Proven experience in **retail management**, ideally in jewellery or luxury goods.
- Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and confident in managing operations.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A proactive, business-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
