Amped Electrical Contracting Ltd. is a leading electrical contractor specializing in residential projects in Victoria, BC. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Residential Project Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential electrical projects, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Supervise and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and other project-related documentation to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures where appropriate.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Continually assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other industry professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the continued growth of the business.

**Requirements**:

- Red seal certification in electrical, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, within the electrical construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing residential electrical projects from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) and/or electrical (e.g., FSR) are considered an asset.
