As a Products Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of the residential lending solutions and managed mortgage solutions Quebec products and processes.
You will provide recommendations based on your expertise to the fulfillment team in relation to those Quebec products and processes. You will work closely with the Quebec operation team, the sales, discharge team and funding team to provide training and support in relation to those products and processes. Attention to detail, having great communication skills and being able to work on several projects simultaneously is crucial. In your role as a Quebec Product Specialist you will be the expert in your audiences.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

- Provide recommendations, contribute and implement Quebec RLS and MMS new launches, enhancements, process changes.
- Support and assist lenders, fulfillment team, Quebec operations team, Quebec discharge team, Quebec Sales and funding team.
- Provide training on those Quebec products and processes to the teams involved in the execution of the deals, the Quebec Sales team and lenders, when required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Quebec mortgage business or as a Quebec paralegal
- Specialized knowledge of the Quebec market and mortgage practices.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills (English and French).
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint.
- Very strong planning, organization and project management skills.
