**About You**:
You are a team player with very strong advanced analytics experience, interest, drive, curiosity, and exceptional communication skills. You know how to rise above the data and explain the essential insights to lawyers and/or business users, and you instinctively minimize complexity to focus on results. While you rely on data to prove your point, you love to think outside the box and solve problems creatively while looking for ways to improve existing processes of data collection & information management. You can be analytical, consultative and client facing when needed.

**General Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on eDiscovery strategies and respond to client correspondence
- Monitor multiple matters to ensure client requests and deadlines are met
- Oversee full life cycle of projects under the supervision of senior management
- Collecting, validating, and analyzing data, and generating reports
- Processing and culling data (e.g., de-NISTing, de-duplicating, filtering, keyword searching)
- Loading, importing & exporting, QC-ing and troubleshooting data (e.g., exception handling, data corruption, etc.)
- Developing processes, procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and value for clients
- Working closely with team members to troubleshoot data issues, research software and/or techniques to solve problems, and carry out complex data management tasks.
- Creating and setting up workspaces, database structures and permissions
- Converting data & images to client specified formats
- Integrating and extracting relevant information from large amounts of structured and unstructured data, as well as traditional and non-traditional datasets and methods, in order to enable analytical solutions
- Understanding client needs for forensic preservations, collections, and analysis, and being the liaison between our external forensic experts (contractors)and/or our clients
- Providing technical assistance to clients and end users
- Exploring and testing emerging legal technology, and working with the technology team to develop new software tools
- Maintaining a competitive edge and staying informed and apprised of developments in the legal data management field
- Eventually leading, nurturing, developing, and growing a team of analysts and junior project manager

**Skills, and Abilities**:

- RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) certification and experience with Relativity (RelativityOne) preferred
- Computer Science background or university degree an asset, in technical/quantitative field of study (for ex. Statistics, Advanced Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Decision Sciences, Computer Science, etc.)
- Strong technical and analytical skillset (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Predictive Analytics, Forecasting, Machine Learning etc.)
- Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, develop hypotheses, perform rigorous analyses, and make recommendations to broader audiences
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language in order to effectively translate technical language into plain terms
- Ability to multi-task and to prioritize appropriately
- Ability to sustain a level-headed and logical approach under pressure
- Exceptional relationship management skills with an ability to connect with firm members at all levels of the organization
- A strong appetite and desire for technological innovation and data analysis
- A keen, bright, and determined individual with a strong work ethic who desires to grow in this field
- Experience in the field of data engineering & analytics is ideal but not mandatory
