**POSITION PROFILE**
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Host, as a first point of contact for Calbridge Homes Ltd., is responsible for receiving and welcoming guests to Calbridge Homes Sales Centers in a professional and courteous manner. This position is an excellent entry level sales opportunity with potential for advancement. The Host’s role is to create and maintain a welcoming environment, and to ensure Calbridge’s high standard of customer service is met. Responsibilities include opening and closing the Sales Center, greeting clients, answering questions, directing inquiries to the appropriate sales team member, and providing general administrative Sales Center support as needed. Experience in a customer service-oriented field, enables the Host to respond to Calbridge’s fast paced, results oriented sales environment.- The Host role is a casual position that varies in hours and locations._
- The Host must be flexible to work shifts as scheduled, where scheduled._

**Communities: Calgary South, Alpine Park**

**Status: Casual**

**Compensation: $21/hour**

**Sales Centre Hours***:
Monday-Thursday - 2:00-8:00 pm- Weekends & Holidays - 12:00-5:00 pm**_
The Host will:_**
- Open and close the Sales Center, as required.
- Monitor the traffic flow of customers, including greeting clients with a warm welcome, and answering basic questions about home styles and the community.
- Record traffic counts, demographics, product interest, etc.
- Answer phone calls, directing client inquiries to the appropriate sales team member.
- Maintain data entry of customer and realtor profiles.
- Ensure promotional material is stocked and available in all sales centres and show homes.
- Address ‘light’ housekeeping, as required to meet CALBRIDGE’s professional image.
- Follow up with customers as directed by the Area Manager; and,
- Other miscellaneous duties, as required.

- Demonstrates proven attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines; and,
- Requires self motivation, goal orientation and a willingness to learn new tasks and projects, with a demonstrate initiative for continuous learning.
- Requires a professional manner, a detail-oriented focus, an ability to respond to changing priorities; and a demonstrated passion for exceptional customer service; and,
- Must work well within a high functioning team and can work independently.
