The team at Downtown Winnipeg Dental Centre located in Winnipeg, MB are looking for a passionate, hard-working **Office Manager** on a **full-time** basis.
The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team.
The clinic is constantly growing and offering new services such as Botox and Invisalign. The office is patient focused and strives to give the best care to all.

**SCHEDULE**:
- 35-40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- 1-2 year of experience is required in dental office management or dental administration or office manager
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes would be considered an asset
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
