Dalina Cafe and Kitchen is looking for a prep/line cook to join our team.
As a Prep/Line Cook, you’ll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by prepping ingredients, assembling dishes during service, and keeping your station clean and organized. We’re looking for someone with a bit of kitchen experience and basic knife skills. You must be able to read a recipe and execute with mínimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prep ingredients according to recipes and café standards
- Assist with cooking and assembling menu items during service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of kitchen experience
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with prep techniques
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rushes
- Availability on weekends and mornings preferred
