**Key Responsibilities**
- Attention to safety, quality & detail is a must.
- Responsible for ensuring parts are painted properly and according to customer specifications while meeting all quality standards
- Pre-treat, wash, mask, prime and powder coat a variety of parts as needed
- Perform labor tasks such as painting, grinding, washing, sanding or general tasks as directed by supervisor/manager
- Perform required quality checks
- Follow safe work practices
- Load parts correctly for maximum line capacity
- Assist & change hanging and unhanging products
- Sanding or correcting parts as needed
- Clean & maintain equipment
- Department housekeeping (ensure work area remains clean and organized)
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to work in hot temperatures and conditions
- Must be able to stand for a long period of time
- Heavy lifting - must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Comply with South Side Manufacturing policies and procedures
- Learns quickly and can demonstrate effective problem solving
- Knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of powder coating
- Willing to work weekends and overtime if necessary
- Willing to help in other departments if needed

Wage starting from: $19.00/hr.

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
