**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee and manage daily operations** of a garage door service company
- **Train, mentor, and develop technicians** to maintain high service standards
- **Ensure operational efficiency** and implement best practices for productivity
- **Maintain quality control** and uphold high standards for customer satisfaction
- **Manage and optimize sales performance** through strong leadership and coaching
- **Supervise reputation management efforts** and customer service initiatives
- **Visit satellite locations** to review KPIs and ensure operational alignment
- **Collaborate on strategic planning** and goal setting with ownership

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of garage door industry experience** (service, sales, or management)
- **Proven leadership experience** in managing teams and achieving results
- **Experience in residential service businesses** (garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- **Strong technical knowledge of garage door systems, installation, and repairs**:

- **Sales experience is an asset** (upselling, service-based sales strategies)
- **Ability to work independently** and proactively drive success
- **Valid BC driver’s license**

**Skills and Expertise**:

- **Excellent leadership and team management skills**:

- **Strong customer service mindset** with a high level of empathy
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**:

- **Financial acumen**: Understanding of **financial statements and P&L management**:

- **Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities**:

- **Ability to train and coach technicians and sales staff**

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
