Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Vancouver, BC. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the organization, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing operational processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and fostering a culture that promotes growth and innovation. The General Manager will also be responsible for budget management, performance tracking, and implementing strategies for organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
- Proven experience in operations management, resource allocation, and process optimization
- Excellent ability in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of business development, financial planning, and budget management
- Adaptability, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
- Background in consulting or coaching is highly desirable
