We are looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Administrator support our finance and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about keeping things running smoothly—both financially and organizationally.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Support: - Serve as the first point of contact for internal administrative needs. - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. - Coordinate office supplies, vendor communications, and general office upkeep. - Support onboarding of new employees, including documentation and system setup. - Assist with benefits administration and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
Bookkeeping & Financial Support: - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entries. - Prepare and send client invoices; follow up on outstanding payments. - Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records. - Maintain prepayment schedules and allocate expenses appropriately. - Assist with month-end close tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations. - Process employee expense reimbursements and support payroll processing. - Submit sales tax and payroll tax filings in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications: - Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration with bookkeeping responsibilities. - Familiarity with accounting principles, payroll processing, and HR support. - Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of employment standards and tax compliance.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
