**About the Role**

Reporting to the Manager of Business Applications on the Enterprise Application team. This position is responsible for the support and maintenance of Payroll and HR processes from a technical and data perspective for an SAP S/4 HANA environment.

This role requires extensive knowledge of the SAP HR modules (OM, PA, TM, PY, ESS/MSS) including leading practices and a good understanding of the integration points to other SAP modules including (FI, CO, PM/ETM, PS, SD).

**Roles and Responsibilites**
- Perform ongoing development and sustainment, including process and system design, configuration, integration testing, user training, and post go-live support of the SAP HCM modules in a release-based delivery environment
- Deliver hands-on day to day SAP production support, including the coordination with team members and SAP OSS
- Work with key business users to design, configure, and modify SAP to meet business requirements using industry leading practices
- Develop, implement and coordinate system controls to ensure system integrity and security of data maintained on the ECC and SuccessFactors systems
- Create documentation suitable for internal systems control and end users which include functional and technical specifications, methods and procedures, and training materials.
- Maintain knowledge of development in SAP’s HCM modules and make recommendations on enhancements to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HCM processes

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in related field with 7+ years’ experience
- 5+ years hands-on functional configuration experience:

- Functional expert in S/4 HANA HCM modules
- SAP certification(s) strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving and possible solutions evaluation skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Experience working on small fast paced project teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to manage multiple and diverse projects and priorities concurrently with tight timelines
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management
- Ability to take business requirements from concept to production
- Demonstrated initiative in recognizing opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Proven ability to define user requirements and corresponding system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation
- Strong customer service skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Experience with business and process modeling methodologies and tools
