Coreio is looking for a Deskside Technician to join our Vancouver, BC, team for a long-term contract position (with potential for extension). The individual will be required to be onsite daily.

We are looking for individuals who can interact, collaborate, and address end users/clients with the highest standard of professionalism and customer service.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Imaging and preparing hardware for deployment to users working on the premises and for users preparing to work from home.
- Involve administrative work to track asset deployments and partnering with others to achieve that goal.
- Assisting users with learning new technology, including some users with adaptive technology solutions.
- Assisting users in a call center environment (mixed onsite and remote) with resolving incidents related to desktop and laptop computers and with their smartphones.
- Deliver technical support services in a courteous and responsive manner.

**Requirements/ Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail, tracking progress and documentation.
- 1 - 2 years of work-related experience
- Experience working with laptops and both Windows 10 operating systems.
- CompTIA A+ and Windows 10 certification highly preferred.
- Access to vehicle and valid driver licenses (mandatory)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to lift boxes up to 15 kilograms/33 pounds.
- Associate degree or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Ability to learn and adapt changes.
