**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a hands-on and organized **Project Supervisor** to manage exterior renovation projects from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, managing installation crews, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee exterior construction projects (roofing, siding, gutters/eaves) from initiation to completion.
- Order materials and confirm timely delivery to each job site.
- Verify material quantities and accuracy upon delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise crews, ensuring punctuality, safety, and top-quality work.
- Conduct regular site checks to monitor progress and address any quality or scheduling issues.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and local building codes.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Maintain daily records of site activity and report on job progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read work orders, blueprints, or basic plans is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $60,589.54-$85,000.00 per year
