Our legal experts can conduct virtual consultations or visit you anywhere in the GTA and beyond, including Toronto, North York, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Milton, Barrie, and other cities.

At this time, we are looking to hire an intake coordinator.

**Duties**
- Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather detailed information about potential cases.
- Assess the viability of cases and provide information about the firm’s services.
- Schedule consultations with attorneys and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions in the firm’s case management system.
- Answer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to potential clients and their families.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to streamline the intake process and improve client onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service, legal intake, or a related field (experience in personal injury law is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with case management software and other office tools.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Pay: $16.55-$16.60 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
