**Position**:Project Coordinator

**Job Location**:On-site and Remote (hybrid)

**The job responsibilities are outlined as follows**:

- Prepare and verify invoicing for project sites, ensuring alignment with purchase requisitions and labour reporting
- Assist the Payroll Administrator with payroll hour verification
- Communicate with suppliers to solicit pricing, coordinate deliveries, and resolve invoicing disputes
- Compile and verify third-party invoices against purchase requisitions and contract requirements
- Conduct forensic accounting and analysis for corrective invoicing
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Support the preparation of project budget estimates
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
- Assist in the selection and coordination of trade subcontractors
- Analyze and input project data and information
- Manage document control for contracts and drawing revisions
- Research new materials, methods, and equipment as required for projects or tenders
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report any concerns
- Prepare reports and other project-related documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
