Our team has had tremendous growth in the last year, and we are excited to keep expanding We’re looking for hardworking and certified people to join our team as full-time **Temporary Workplace Signers (TWS)**. In this exciting role, you would be responsible for overseeing a team of Traffic Control Person(s) (TCPs) and working with a foreman/superintendent to establish a safe workplace for construction job sites around **Bridgewater and surrounding South Shore areas**. We have lots of exciting job sites on the go and coming up soon Don't hesitate to apply **We offer**: - Competitive wages starting at $19.50/hour for those with no drivers license or not in a driver role. - Wages starting at $21.00/hour for applicants who will also be responsible for operating our company vehicles. - Drivers must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License, clean drivers abstract, and no "N" or "R" on your license. - Opportunity for advancement within a few months of working with us. - Transportation to and from work provided (some exceptions may apply). - Respectful and friendly management team that will help you succeed. - Most PPE will be supplied by the company. **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Set-up safe work zones using traffic cones, barrels and barricades. - Plan detailed traffic control solutions based on customer needs and safe work practices. - Responsible for the safe passage of vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists through work areas. - Monitor the safe work zones and correct compliance and personnel issues as they arise. - Communicate any incidents or hazards to the Site Supervisor. - Complete required administration and safety paperwork. - Ensure a safe work environment in accordance with all policies and procedures. - Follow instructions given by Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, and Management. **Requirements**: - Reliable and punctual. - Must be able to interpret both written and verbal instructions. - Great communication skills and willing to work in a diverse team environment. - Must be able to show leadership and good decision-making abilities. - Able to work outside in all weather conditions, often working long days. - Comfortable working near vehicle traffic and heavy equipment. - Required ability to lift up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods of time. - Valid TCP Certification. - Valid TWS Certification. - Valid Class 5 License an asset. - We would like to thank all of those that apply; however only those selected for an interview will be notified._
