PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Network Analyst to join our Endpoint Team. This role entails comprehensive IT management responsibilities alongside collaborating cross-functionally with IT, operations, and compliance teams to deliver effective solutions. A significant focus will be on managing and executing IT projects to enhance our endpoint services and overall IT infrastructure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
**1. Project Management**: A large part of this position is to lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of new technologies and processes. Coordinate with various teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
**2. Endpoint Management**: Package scripts within Intune or KACE to deploy new programs, update programs, patch workstations, and configure Intune profiles or group policies to maintain a consistent and functional end-user experience.
**3. Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and compliance to understand requirements, address challenges, and deliver effective IT solutions.
**4. Technical Support**: Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and offer timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
**5. User Onboarding**: Automate and streamline the user onboarding experience to ensure new users have the necessary accounts, permissions, and hardware when they start at Nucor Rebar Fabrication.
**6. Mobile Device Management**: Expertise with Apple Devices (iPad, iPhone) and MDMs, assisting with troubleshooting issues and deploying apps and configuration profiles to devices.
**7. Office Phone System Deployment**: Order, deploy, and troubleshoot office phone systems such as Fortinet, Mitel, and Teams.
**8. Documentation and Reporting**: Document new processes or technologies implemented and run reports on inventory, licensing, configuration, etc.
**9. General IT Administration**: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. Manage user accounts and permissions and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. Provide support for software and hardware installations and configurations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute IT projects, from planning to implementation.
- Proven experience as a Network Analyst, Network Administrator or similar role, with some experience with IT endpoint services.
- Extensive experience with PowerShell and writing scripts to automate processes and tasks.
- Proficient in managing and supporting cloud-based environments, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
- Skilled in administering and troubleshooting OneDrive for Business services.
- Experienced in deploying and managing devices using Microsoft Intune for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Knowledgeable in creating and maintaining Intune configuration profiles
- Hands-on experience managing imaging services (SCCM, KACE, and Windows Autopilot).
- Familiar with enterprise-level management of Apple devices (Intune, DEP).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Knowledge of system security and data integrity practices.
