As Client Experience Leader you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.

Here's what we’re looking for:

- 2 years+ of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/department
- An inspirational leader focused on recruitment, coaching and development of a teams
- A focus for inspiring repeat exceptional customer experiences both on-line and in-store through consistent training
- Demonstrated interest and ability to developing others
- A leader focused on team building to achievement of financial goals
