We are seeking a **Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator** for a role that goes **beyond traditional reception**. This position is ideal for someone polished, proactive, and comfortable acting as both a **sales ambassador** and an **operational support lead** within a luxury salon environment.

** Role Overview**:
As the first point of contact, you represent the Avanti brand and support daily salon operations while working closely with store management and the stylist team.

** Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Actively **recommend and sell retail products.**
- Coordinate and manage appointments using **online booking software.**
- Support daily salon operations and task coordination.
- Open and close the salon, including **opening and closing the till.** Work closely with store management on scheduling and workflow.

** Ideal Profile**:

- Bilingual (English & French).

Avanti Le Spa ouvre son **salon phare au centre-ville** de Montréal, au cœur du prestigieux Golden Square Mile, à quelques pas du Four Seasons, du Ritz-Carlton, de Rolex et du Château d’Ivoire.

Nous recherchons un(e) **réceptionniste / coordonnateur(trice) de l’expérience client** pour un rôle qui va **au-delà de la réception traditionnelle**. Ce poste s’adresse à une personne professionnelle, proactive et à l’aise dans un rôle combinant **vente**, **service client** et **soutien opérationnel** au sein d’un salon de luxe.

** Aperçu du poste**:
En tant que premier point de contact, vous représentez l’image d’Avanti Le Spa et soutenez les opérations quotidiennes du salon en étroite collaboration avec la direction et l’équipe de stylistes.

** Responsabilités principales**:

- Accueillir les clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.
