**DIETARY-AIDE**

The Dietary-Aide, under the direction of the Nutrition Manager, will provide food services to residents and assist them in carrying out the daily activities described by the Kitchen Department in accordance with all required internal and external standards of practice.

**RESPONSABILIES**
- Prepares during his shift the setting up of food and condiments as well as table service
- Serves residents who are not self-sufficient or who request it in the dining room or other designated areas.
- Performs required tasks at the end of his/her shift
- Offers quality service to residents
- All other related duties

**OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Ability to communicate verbally in English and French.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Work in High Speed Environment
- Ability to maintain resident confidentiality.
- Very good time management skills.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, autonomy, initiative and creativity.
- Demonstrates patience
- Being smiling
- Love senior

**ÉDUCATION**

Dietary Food Service Worker

**EXPERIENCE**

One year of recent personal care experience in a similar position or life experience in which similar duties were completed.

**PHYSICAL DEMAND**

Able to stand, bend, squat, kneel and reach freely.

Able to freely lift 10 kilograms.
