The training and documentation specialist acts as a support for the internal teams in order to document the processes and thus help the efficiency of the different teams. The specialist also works to improve customer service by developing documents and training that will allow customers to use the products to their full potential.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Participate in the development of the training and documentation strategy for all 360 Agency products, both for our external users and for our staff.
- Participate in the implementation of this strategy, in line with the company’s overall strategy, to increase knowledge of our products internally and their proper use externally.
- Implement best practices in customer support and improvement of the customer experience by providing the required documentation and training and by working closely with internal teams directly related to our customers.
- Participate in the development of internal and external communications during the launch of new products in the various products.
- Work with internal teams to document the various work processes.
- Perform all other related tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingualism (spoken and written)
- Content creation experience
- Training experience
- Experience with the Google suite
- Experience with PowerPoint
- Experience with video editing software
- Autonomy
- Sense of organization
- Good communication
