**Responsabilités**:
- Élaborer et transformer le programme d’assurance qualité d’une méthodologie de qualité unique à une pluriperspectiviste en utilisant des processus solides documentés qui permettent d’améliorer l’expérience des consommateurs.
- Contribuer au processus d’étalonnage et d’appel, en veillant à ce que les méthodologies soient suivies de manière cohérente (stratégies d’échantillonnage) et en assurant la productivité ainsi que l’efficacité des résultats relatifs à la qualité.
- Offrir une formation et/ou des conseils en temps réel afin d’améliorer les performances individuelles et collectives.
- Assurer la qualité des produits pour les équipes de soutien.
- Effectuer des évaluations de la qualité et un suivi des appels au quotidien.
- Participer à l’amélioration des processus.
- Assurer le maintien de la base de connaissances et la partager.
- Effectuer un examen complet des données afin de mesurer et de cerner les possibilités de formation.
- Réviser le matériel de formation.
- Former les agents, le cas échéant.
**Expérience requise**:
- Posséder des connaissances et une expérience dans sa propre discipline; continuer d’acquérir des connaissances et des compétences de niveau supérieur.
- Prioriser et organiser son propre travail afin de respecter les délais et d’obtenir des résultats de qualité.
- Utiliser des compétences de pensée critique sophistiquées, en conduisant les autres à résoudre des problèmes complexes, et adopter une plus grande perspective afin d’identifier des solutions novatrices.
- Prendre des décisions guidées par les politiques dans des situations non conventionnelles qui ont une incidence sur la réalisation des objectifs opérationnels, des clients, ou de projets.
- Élaborer des plans de travail pour les affectations de courte durée et de complexité moyenne.

- Expérience en formation et en perfectionnement.
- Expérience avec la suite Google et Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, rédaction et révision.
**Synopsis of the role**:
Reporting to the Manager of Training, QA and Escalations, the Consumer Knowledge, Training and QA Specialist will create, revise and update training material and procedures to assist call center and back office agents. They will work closely with the teams on site or with our vendors.
They will improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service delivery.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
**What you’ll do**
- Build and transform the quality assurance program from a single quality methodology to a multi-perspective using documented sound processes that result in an improved consumer experience.
- Assist calibrations and appeals process, ensuring methodologies are followed consistently (sampling strategies), productivity and effectiveness of quality output.
- Provide real-time training and/or guidance to improve individual and team performance.
- Provide quality assurance of products for support teams
- Perform quality evaluations and call monitoring on a day-to-day basis
- Participate in process improvement
- Maintain and share knowledge base
- Complete data review to measure and identify training opportunities
- Revise training material
- May train agents

- Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines and deliver quality results
- Uses sophisticated critical thinking skills, leading others to solve complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify innovation solutions
