**THE POSITION**

ATTA Elevators is seeking a qualified individual to join our corporate team, who will be located out of the Calgary office. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Business Services. The Business Services Administrative Specialist’s primary responsibility will be to assist in ensuring smooth operations across various departments and providing a wide range of highly skilled administrative tasks to support the company's corporate shared services, with a significant focus on Human Resource duties.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Organize and manage daily administrative operations relating to business shared services: HR, Safety, Procurement, Fleet, IT, Marketing, Operations
- HR duties: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, company policies, training & development
- Manage the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - BambooHR, Citation Canada, and SharePoint Site
- Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and other business documents relating to the various shared service departments
- Assist with standardizing processes across the company
- Identify process and operation improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Maintain and organize departmental files, records, and documentation
- Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
- Assist in organizing conferences, meetings, and social events as required
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience as a highly skilled Administrator and/or Human Resources Generalist or similar role
- Strong understanding of business management, human resources, and financial principles
- Background in various professional settings, having progressed through roles that hone their organizational and communication skills
- Outstanding organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
- Creative and able to think outside the box
- Extreme high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
