**Position: Account Services Representative**

You are fun and easygoing, but not at the cost of focus and motivation. You are comfortable with both working alone, as well as working in team-based settings. You accept constructive criticism with grace and are constantly aiming to improve. Your previous employers would describe you as going above and beyond in all that you do. You are confident, but humble, and you celebrate even the smallest of successes.

**_Required Qualifications:_**
- Tech savvy with a can-do attitude is a must
- Precision: detail-oriented in everything you do because the details do matter.
- Quality: capable of producing high-quality work through excellent customer service
- Timeliness: our clients time is important, so you must be efficient and effective with all correspondence
- Impeccable organizational skills

**_Preferred Qualifications:_**
- Microsoft Office familiarity (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Basic computer operation
- Customer service experience (any kind, service or office based)
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) familiarity (not necessary, but a huge bonus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
