Night Shift Lead Hand/production Associate

**This position will work on Night Shift ONLY. **Our Night Shift runs from Monday to Friday from 4PM-12AM. This position includes a raise from $24 to $25 per hour after successfully passing a 3-month probationary period.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead a team of 5 to under 10 workers in the activities of production and assembly.
- Assist in training new employees on work practices and procedures.
- Operate a forklift to assist in moving skids and crates.
- Fabricate materials (panels/extrusions) as needed for production.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Skills and Abilities:

- Forklift license is required for this position.
- Valid Driver's license is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. by yourself on a regular basis.
- Fluent in understanding, reading and writing legibly in English.

Qualifications:

- Valid Forklift Operator's License certified (required).
- Valid Driver's License (required).
- Highschool diploma/GED preferred.
- Some experience in a lead hand/supervisory role is required.
- First aid/CPR certification is a strong asset.
