**Responsibilities**
- Adheres to Serving it Right standards while providing an exceptional food and beverage experience
- Attends to guests in the bar, restaurant, and lounge as needed
- Creates alcoholic beverages for 75 West Coast Grill Restaurant/Bar guests with attention to detail
- Presents food and beverage program with enthusiasm
- Performs quality check with guests within 5 minutes of serving food/drink
- Manages cash/credit transactions with accuracy and ensures all cash-handling procedures are followed diligently and with care
- Assists with maintaining bar stock levels
- Performs server and bartender duties as required
- Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to resolve guest matters
- Performs other tasks assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of food, wine, spirits and craft beer.
- **Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays & weekly as business requires.**:

- A trustworthy, polished, professional who can work well with others.
- Minimum of 2+ years previous bartender experience is essential.
- Can work well with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with Micros or a similar POS System a big asset.
- Works well under pressure.
- “Serving it Right” certification required and bartending courses an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
