Mailing list maintenance and upkeep 2. Field sign calls 3. Fill out all of your paperwork/forms 4. Runner and errand duties 5. Insepection scheduling and paperwork follow-up 6. Schedule repairs and resolution items on inspection 7. Order items of routine repair as directed by agent 8. Proofreading materials (MLS, ads, borchures, etc.) 9. Bid out prices from vendors for supplies and/or repairs 10. Create and maintain your CRM systems and checklists 11. Coordinate seminars and classes about real estate 12. Improve systems and operations for the team 13. Preparation of amend/extends, contracts, inspection notices 14. Title work review and resolution of potential problems 15. Create home books 16. Enter and update MLS information 17. All file processing (internal paperwork) 18. Help with community activities you are involved in 19. Schedule appointments and meetings 20. Make your business travel arrangements 21. Order office and real estate supplies 22. Remind you of appointments; confirm appointments with others 23. Scanning and faxing documents 24. Filing and organization 25. Data entry 26. Track down missing signatures and paperwork 28. Answer incoming communication 29. Forward calls or take messages for the agent 30. Secure documentation and information prior to listings 31. Monitor your continuing education requirements 32. Register you for updated classes and mandartory course updates 33. Keep office organized 34. Keep up-to-date on new technology 35. Create pre-listing packets for potential listings 36. Schedule walk-thru appointments prior to closing **Marketing Duties** 1. Creating of monthly newsletter or mailer 2. Scour social media accounts for potential business 3. Interact with clients on social media; add contacts 4. Brainstorm new ways of generating business 5. Ghost write articles on your behalf 6. Create brochures and flyers for properties 7. Advertising and marketing letters/updates to sellers 8. Coordination of advertising opportunities and/or open houses 9. Create and mail Just Listed & Sold Sold cards/letters 10. Create farming materials 11. Create virtual tours of homes 12. Take professional photos of homes & uploads to websites 13. Create and maintain a personal website 14. Upload and manage listing syndication (on other websites) 15. Create a blog and ghost write articles for you 16. Create a personal brochure for you and your team 17. Update your personal bio and resume 18. Post testimonials on social media and your website 9. Create, maintain and update social media sites 20. Institute and execute a coordinated business and marketing plan 21. Coordination and scheduling of all direct mail 22. Labeling direct and prepping direct mail **Client Care Duties** 1. Schedule incoming and outgoing showings 2. Follow-up on showing feedback 3. Send out post-closing survey to clients and track feedback 5. Pick up and deliver closing gifts 6. Create pop-by items for delivery 7. Deliver pop-by's to clients 8. Send out closing reminders to clients 9. Home anniversary & birthday cards/gifts 10. Call past and current clients 11. Create a list of clients for you to call or write notes to 12. Send handwritten notes 13. Organize client parties or get togethers 14. Mail out holiday cards 15. Order schwag and personalized giveaways 16. Send out utility information and helpful hints before closing **Licensed Assistant Duties** 1. Floor/office duty 2. Measure homes 3. Attend closings 4. Sign, lockbox, and brochure installation 5. Put up riders on signs 6. Follow-up on loan process & appraisals 7. Event planning 8. Order possible loan scenarios on listings from lenders 9. Follow-up with buyers on credit repair or qualification issues 10. Show property 11. Host open houses or sit on-site for new construction 12. Fill all brochure boxes 13. Assistance with CMAs 14. Check vacant properties to ensure security and no maintenance issues 15. Preview properties 16. Pitch your properties or services at networking meetings 17. Represent you at a trade show or event 18. Cold calling 19. Farm an area 20. Be on-call while you are on vacation or unavailable 21. Any prospecting activities you can think of 22. Manage internet leads 23. Write ad copy/remarks for MLS 24. Scrub and qualify leads **Qualifications**: - Looking ideally for someone with experience in the corporate world - Have driver's license and transportation - Proven experience managing social media platf
