**Job Summary**
I am seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to work within my home. My parents also live here. I am looking for someone to provide personal care, some meal preparation, community access, and a small amount of cleaning
**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping
- must be pleasant, caring, fun-loving, and quiet
**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in home care or nursing home settings is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- you could be interested in only one part of this position, for example, meal preparation if you love to cook, or you might be interested in only the personal car in the morning, or only community access such as going to a movie, games evening, or trivia night, etc. Please include choices in your reply.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.45-$20.98 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
